Provide Verification
For items damaged during transit, please attach clear photos of the packaging and the affected product to your support request.
Receive Authorization
Once reviewed, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error.
Processing Your Refund
